Conference “FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION – Integrative feedback of domestic and international activities”

I. Accreditations

Participants in this event are requested to fill in the online registration form
that is available on www.coe­chairmanship.mk until 20th August 2010.

The username and password for online registration are provided in the
annex of the Practical information material sent to each permanent
representation.

To facilitate registration, we request delegations to appoint one contact
person to register the entire delegation. After completing registration, the contact
person will receive a confirmation.

II. Transportation

In­country transport from St. Paul the Apostle Airport ­Ohrid and Alexander the Great Airport ­Skopje to the meeting venue upon arrival and reverse upon departure will be provided free of charge.

III. Accommodation

The Macedonian Chairmanship has made reservations of the accommodation capacities of Hotel Inex – Gorica Ohrid to accommodate the delegations. Rooms are at the preferential price­range of from 47 to 57 euro for single and double room with breakfast and VAT included.

Considering the limited number of rooms in the suggested hotel we kindly request you to check availability of rooms and make reservations timely. For security reasons you are kindly requested to inform the Chairmanship for the reserved accommodation by 20th August 2010. A few days before the Conference, your accreditation contact person will receive a confirmation of the hotel for your delegation.

IV. Meeting venue and facilities
The Conference “FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION – Integrative feedback of domestic and international activities” will be held at the Hotel Inex Gorica ­Ohrid.
A work space, including computers and WIFI, will be available for the delegates.
All delegates will be seated in the plenary room. There is no separate listening room.

A limited number of rooms will be available for bilateral meetings. They can be reserved through your liaison officer.

The press centre is also located in the Hotel Inex Gorica ­Ohrid. Press representatives can be contacted through your liaison officer.

V. Interpretation
Interpretation will be provided at the Conference in English, French and Macedonian. The Press Conference will also be interpreted simultaneously in English, French and Macedonian.

VI. Security
Please note that national security officers travelling with the delegation should also be registered. If security officers intend to carry firearms during their stay in the Republic of Macedonia, the hosting authority must be notified by providing related information in the registration form.

All carried firearms must be reported to the authorities at the Macedonian border terminal.
