The Conference is the first international event among the others which will be organized within the Macedonian chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. This Conference will follow the two days Working session of the Working group of the Consultative Council of European Judges, which will be held in Ohrid between 1st and 3rd June 2010. The Conference will be devoted to the preparation of the draft Opinion No3 on the role of judges in the enforcement of judicial decisions and their relations with other state institutions and actors.

In light of the preparation of the abovementioned Opinion, the conference aims at presenting the new system of enforcement of the national judicial decisions and introduction of comparative experiences in enforcement of judicial decisions within the member states of the Council of Europe.
